BRM Celebrates John McLaughlin & Mahavishnu

Vin Scialla + Brooklyn Raga Massive celebrate John McLaughlin with original music composed and inspired by the works of this guitar legend. While revisiting music selections from legendary Mahavishnu and Shakti albums of the 1970s and beyond, this group re-envisions McLaughlin’s masterpieces and celebrates his vibrant solo and ensemble work. The lineup includes Premik Russell Tubbs (woodwinds, original member of Mahavishnu Orchestra), Anupam Shobhakar (doubleneck fretless guitar), Neel Murgai (sitar), Joe Deninzon (violin), Dan Asher (bass), and Vin Scialla (drums/percussion).
